I accept payments via PayPal and bank transfers, I can email all the payment details and an invoice. All payments must have cleared before the item can be delivered.
Prices do not include postage and packaging, these costs will be added and agreed before any item has been purchased, as each piece is so individual.
Smaller items can be posted and charged at either 1st or 2nd class standard Royal Mail rates. Items are dispatched 5-7 days after purchase - a quicker delivery can be arranged if required.
If an item is damaged in transit, please photograph the item and its packaging, keep everything and contact me within 48 hours so a claim can be made with Royal Mail.
Delivery for larger items can be arranged through my courier service. Costs will depend on the nature of the piece, and will be agreed with you beforehand. Furniture and larger items will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Alternatively you can collect from me (details will be given after purchase).
I sell mainly vintage/pre-loved, furniture and accessories/objects, which due to their nature will show signs of a previous life, wear and tear, and ageing. Some products may be restored or updated but obviously, will still not be brand new and will show signs of wear. I ensure that all stock is sold in acceptable condition, but all items are ‘sold as seen’ and cannot therefore be guaranteed.
Refunds are offered excluding shipping costs, for any item you may wish to return within 48 hours of purchasing/receiving goods. Please carefully check all the details listed with each of the products, including measurements, colour, finish etc – just to make sure you are happy (and they fit) before you order.
